The World According to Snoopy

Based on the comic strip Peanuts by Charles M. Schulz

Revised Book by Kaitlin Hopkins, Adam Cates, Larry Grossman

Music by Larry Grossman / Lyrics by Hal Hackady

Lyrics for “Husband Material” by Andrew Lippa

Orchestrations by Greg Bolin

Arthur Whitelaw, Warren Lockhart, & Michael L. Grace

The Peanuts characters Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, Sally, Peppermint Patty, Woodstock, and, of course, Snoopy, sing and dance their way through this musical revue offering up wit and commentary about life as only they can. Based on the 1975 off-Broadway musical Snoopy, this new version brings the work up-to-date for contemporary audiences including new songs, new dance & vocal arrangements, new orchestrations, more character development, and timeless sketches, in addition to the great score already beloved across the world. Co-conceived and rewritten by Adam Cates, Larry Grossman & Kaitlin Hopkins, this piece premiered at Texas State University in 2017 prior to regional premieres at Theatre Under the Stars in Houston and Theatre Aspen. The World According to Snoopy is available for worldwide license from CONCORD THEATRICALS.
